Clean and friendly environment.

My experience here was frustrating from the start. Despite arriving early and finding our room already ready, we had to wait until 3 PM to check in. This delay felt petty and made the check-in process very disappointing.

I had a great time at this hotel! I loved the free coffee and the strong WiFi, making it perfect for relaxing after exploring. The room size was surprisingly good for Tokyo, and the cozy amenities really made my stay enjoyable.

The superior twin room offered a blissfully quiet stay with a smart layout, featuring an entrance space for luggage and refreshing amenities in the lobby, including chilled towels and iced coffee. It was especially nice to have free water and coffee readily available at reception. However, some common toiletries were not provided in the room itself, which could be inconvenient if forgotten. Overall, a delightful experience with clean accommodation and helpful services, making it easy to enjoy the time until our scheduled departure.

Great Stay in a Convenient Location

We enjoyed our three-night stay. The staff were friendly and eager to assist. The location was fantastic for exploring Akihabara. Just remember to grab breakfast at Lawson's next door, as the hotel doesn't offer it. Watch out for the bathroom ledge. it can be tricky!

The location was ideal for my business needs, situated conveniently between Okachimach and Akihabara stations. The room was surprisingly spacious compared to typical accommodations in Tokyo, and I appreciated the clean environment. The staff was professional and attentive, assisting me efficiently with my work requirements and providing useful recommendations for nearby restaurants.

The location was perfect, being smack in the middle of Akihabara and Ueno. I was delighted by the spacious room and enjoyed the free drink station in the lobby.

If you’re on the taller side like me, the Double Room feels cramped, making it tough to move around comfortably. Even though I appreciate the decent soundproofing, you still catch hints of traffic noise, which could be bothersome for the ultra-sensitive sleeper. Plus, if you're traveling with a family, be aware of the breakfast situation—they can be a bit rigid with their policies on who gets a free meal, leading to some disappointing surprises at check-in.

Super close to Akihabara's action, and the room was surprisingly spacious. I didn’t hear a peep from neighbors, which is rare in Tokyo. One hiccup though—had to wait for the elevator a few times since there's only one for 11 floors. Didn’t do breakfast here, but the hotel vibe was on point.
